Do those work? I've been mixing benfiber powder in water, in milk with cereal and in ice cream recipes and it's done nothing. Maybe fiber gummies will have more effect?

Try All Bran. I eat 1 cup of All Bran Buds each day. Also eat Seedtastic bread from Aldi's.

If you have a BJ's membership, they have 4 coupons that stack to total $19 off any (3) Nature Made vitamins [bjs.com]. This is really a very long recurring deal as I've used it many times over the years.
160ct 1000mcgB12 is $16
200ct 250mg Vit C is $15
150ct 10mg melatonin is $16

So for that you'd pay ~ $28 + tax after $19 in coupons. Generally you can also re-use the same coupons (virtually clip them) multiple times.

My 1st thought before even opening the comments to see if it's gelatin free and you were the 1st one in comment to answer that already haha!

My D3 arrived today and they were melted into a small disc in the bottom of the bottle. They still were individually formed and could be pried apart with a butter knife... But I told Amazon and they send me a new bottle. So two bottles for 6 bucks. Nice.
