I've tried some variants with similar packaging, they usually taste disgustingly similar to oyster sauce/hoisin sauce with MSG. These days I stick to buying original.

If you want as close to the OG flavor as possible, get the Underwood Ranch sriracha. They're the OG pepper farm.
