Guess I should be active in posting deals bc it's been this price since before Prime Day.

In other words: no need to rush to get it thinking it ll only be this price once in a blue moon.

This beats my last order in April 2024 which was $43.99 or $47.51 after tax. This is $43.19 after tax. Good deal.
I highly recommend water sensors under every sink, by the dishwasher, fridge, or anywhere else a leak could cause havoc (stuff like wood damage, mold, etc).

Fwiw, I have smart thermostats from this brand and they've been reliable for the last 4 months that I've had them in two of my freezers. No idea about these water sensors, but it's the same app, which is fairly simple to use.

I got a couple of these sets then, too. Super handy. After I bought them but before I set them up, I had a leak under the kitchen sink that warped the cabinet floor by the time I noticed it. Would've caught it before then if I'd set these up already. Then a few days later, after I'd set them out, one alerted me to a leak coming from under the fridge (drip pan was leaking). Very good to have!

I've got 8 and wouldn't mind a few more. It feels like overkill, but then again, anywhere you have water lines could develop a leak you don't notice before there's damage. I ran out of them before I got to the two upstairs bathrooms, and ideally would like one behind each toilet and under each sink. Also would like one under the dishwasher, so I'd ideally want 5 more. This is a good price, but I might just wait to see what BF sales bring. I also want to look into possibly buying the water valve shutoff kit, and seeing if there are any bundles or deals that include sensors.

I can't recall, but did they have a BF sale last year? I don't know if they ever did... the sales seem to hit randomly like this.
I also have them hooked up to the bulldog water shut off, in addition to a Phyn. The Phyn sensors were way too much money and they didn't work well, so I use Phyn for alerts on pinhole leaks/stuck toilet valves/partially closed faucets, etc. I ALSO have Flume units on both my main and irrigation water meters! I do NOT joke around with water leaks after one incident. I have them everywhere, more places I just thought of: by every toilet, next to my EightSleep mattress, in every HVAC overflow pan, I'm sure there's more lol

No idea if they had a bf sale, but as I want to read up on if I want the water shutoff, and if so, do I want a bundle that comes with sensors as well, I may as well wait to see what sales bring in November and December.

BUT that's my specific situation - I just need a few more, and may get some with a water shutoff bundle, but don't know yet. Someone with no leak sensors yet should probably grab these sensors now. I wouldn't be too worried about possibly saving a couple more bucks at BF in that case, just get 'em and set them up asap. Leaks come out of the blue when you least expect it - has happened to us three times this year, after years of no problems at all.

Added: Oh yeah, consider getting the siren alarm as well. Not 100% required, but I like having it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

As a long time smart things use her I'm very impressed with these devices and the hub and the app for your phone. The prices are really good and the range of these devices is so much better than the Z-Wave or zigby. On the last Amazon prime day, these devices were heavily discounted so I suspect Amazon will do the same on the next event but this deal is slick nonetheless.

They also have leak sensor with long cable so you can drop it to tight space and leave the main body accessible to change battery. I got 14 varieties since 2021 and they're all in good condition.

There is a somewhat more expensive version with a built-in audible alarm.

These sensors alerted me to a leaking water softener. They paid for themselves right there and then. I've had them in service since April and they STILL show a full battery.

I tied a string around mine to drop it back behind my clothes washer. String cost was probably about .02.

I have about six water sensors from yolink as well as a temperature sensor for my turtle tank and a smart extension cord for Christmas lights.
All work excellent! Recommended!

Another one here to vouch for the usefulness of these sensors. I have several of the leak sensors around the house -- in the bathrooms, near the dishwasher, washing machine, under the sinks, and one near my AC blower. It alerted me when my AC drain clogged, the overflow switch failed, and the unit was starting to pool water in the utility closet.
Similarly I own a few of the temperature sensors which I have in my freezers and fridge to get alerted to the temperature. It's been great to notify me that the fridge door was left open and the temperature getting high.
These are well worth the money, even at full price.
