reading the reviews, there are some concerns if you care about these kind of things. They promised local control but never delivered. You're also transmitting data to nearby hub if your hub is down, which is crazy imo.

In previous thread, someone mentioned they disconnected the hub, but the sensors were still working, so he suspected it's because the sensors picked up another hub in another location, then send the data to the cloud. These sensors are not local only, they require internet connection.
