If these were amazingly tasty I could see it being alright, but in reality they aren't that good. The price is good for a quick snack and it's certainly better than a sugar-packed candy bar since these are relatively low carb, high fiber, and have some protein.

I'd rather use up 200cals and have a Barbells protein bar or something from Quest if you're looking for low carb options.

I agree.
Higher protein would be better but the fiber content is good.
And it seems like a good deal to have on hand for a snack.

I love Payday but that has 250+ calories and 25g+ sugar. I bought these bars last time, definitely not as tasty as a payday bar but it's a nice little chunk of protein and fiber, which made it a good item to throw in the pantry.

I don't really rely on this for protein

Agreed need at least 10 to even come close to protein related. The Kirkland chewy bars are 10 with like 20% of your fiber for the day
