Same OLED panel as the Samsung G85SB that recently was on sale for $420~ depending on the coupons you get working. That monitor isn't OOS anymore so try the coupons in the comments before going for this one.

The main advantages this monitor has is it has full sized HDMI/DP ports compared to mini HDMI/DP and it also has PiP/PBB.
Keep in mind, this is HDMI 2.0, not 2.1. I'd say that's its only drawback. I used this for over a month and loved it. Upgraded to an LG C4 48".

Seen this as my local store seems like a good price to me and I didn't see it posted.

It was posted earlier. The better deal would be to get Dell to price match plus coupons and Amex cash back if available.

How is this when used actually for gaming? Any chance burn-in of the HUD elements?

I was between this and the MSI 341CQPX, which just dropped in price to $699 for Black Friday (multiple retailers), so I ended up ordering that one. MSI is same panel but has HDMI 2.1, heat sink instead of fan, higher refresh at 240Hz, and supposedly better burn in features. I have heard nothing but compliments for this monitor, so if those features aren't important or there's better availability, this still seems like a solid choice.

None widely available (pun not intended), but this may change in the next 3-6 months. LG has announced some

I've had mine for over a year now. No burn in. I use it mostly just for gaming sessions. The monitor automatically does its own refresh of the screen every 4 hours of use. It can be annoying when I first got the monitor because

1) A pop-up will appear on your screen telling you it has been 4 hours
2) It takes about 5 minutes for the refresh to fully complete and when its happening you can't use the monitor.

BUT in the settings menu you can disable the pop-up warning. Now I just use it like normal. There are times I'll have used the monitor for 3 hours. Then maybe I use the monitor for another 3 hours (6 hours total now) but when you turn the monitor off, that's when it will do the refresh. Also, it can do it if you were to step away from the monitor and it goes into sleep mode. Make sure your monitor goes into sleep via Windows power settings. For me, when I'm done using the monitor I simply turn off the monitor. That's the habit that I've gotten into. The monitor is stunning. Nothing matches QD-OLED. It's the best monitor in existence.

If you don't have an OLED monitor yet it is time to buy. The price has fallen dramatically and seems to have pretty much leveled out. I preordered the G-sync version of this 2 or 3 years ago and paid $1300 for it. It is by far the best purchase I have made for my PC. It makes way more difference than a GPU or CPU because no matter what you are doing on your PC you are looking at your monitor. Even though they cost half of what I paid now I don't regret my purchase or wish I had waited at all. I am normally very cheap and get buyers remorse easily when I see a similar product at a cheaper price, but not with this. The time I have had it was worth the early adopter tax. I had a warranty claim soon after I got it because it had scuffs on the screen from the way Dell packed them when they first released. Dell has an excellent warranty and they make the process very simple. I can't say enough good things about this monitor. If you have been on the fence now is definitely the time to buy.
