Capone is better this way, payment gets posted immediately
I agree that Citi Strata does have lower limits than other cards. Anecdotally, I have $8K limit on Strata, $60K on CSP, $30K on BofA Preferred Rewards.

Why not just downgrade to no annual fee card?
Transfer to Choice Hotel points at 2:1.
Got rejected. Don't have any existing Citi card. But this was my third application in last 6 year (min 2 year gap between each) and all three applications were rejected.
Looks like Citi don't like my name.
