Is it ok at this price? I don't play stuff online or miuliplayer
It's a great game, but I recommend playing the first one before it. You'll appreciate the story and characters more if you started from the first game, but it can be played on its own as well.
Another thing to keep in mind is while this game doesn't have online multiplayer you're required to connect to the internet to download the rest of the game. The game disc only has a small portion of the game and won't work if you don't have the disc inserted and connected to the internet to download the rest.

I found this game OK, but I really didn't actually enjoy the act of playing it very much. And something felt kind of … off about all of it. The controls, the levels, the story. I dunno, I just didn't like it.

I liked the first Jedi: Fallen Order. I got that one for free so I really should pay for this one to give money to the devs. It's one of the more polished Star Wars games out there with good action.
If you like souls-likes, hands down Elden Ring. If not, then I'd go with Jedi. I haven't played Avatar, but it kinda sounds like a typical Ubisoft open world game like Far Cry or Assassin's Creed: well made but might get repetitive after a while.
