That's it's VRAM.
The laptop comes with 24GB RAM.

And if you're talking about the VRAM, then this configuration is perfectly normal. You being unaware of it doesn't make it a weird configuration.

What I mean is the GPU is last generation entry level, coupled with high end CPU and large memory. The configuration is unbalanced

No, it's not.
This is a creator laptop not a gaming laptop.
The 6GB 3050 is a very normal and common GPU on many creator laptops from many manufacturers, such as HP, Acer, and Lenovo.
This has a younger brother with the Intel Ultra 7 155H processor and the same GPU.

Like I said, just because you're unaware of tech doesn't make this a weird configuration.
