Good price. Unfortunately I'm oddly allergic to chickpeas. Gives me a rash…and the shyts.

Don't buy this. They use Sunflower Oil and Safflower Oil, which are highly processed and inflammatory oil.
Thanks. Ordered

The actual total came out to $9 plus tax. Not sure how it's supposed to be $8.60 or less.

Try clicking on One Time Purchase option first, to make sure that coupon is selected, then the S&S option with that clickable coupon, to double up on them good luck

You must work for a competitor....

https://www.ficsi.in/blog/safflow...20function.

1. Safflower Oil: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to improve blood sugar levels, safflower oil can benefit people with diabetes and heart disease.

2. Sunflower Oil: With its high vitamin E content, sunflower oil supports skin health and immune function. High oleic sunflower oil, mainly, is excellent for a healthy heart due to its high monounsaturated fat content.

Each bag is only 1oz. $8.60 for 12oz seems rather pricey still. It gives off the impression that it's healthier, but looking at the label, it's only marginally healthier than regular chips out there.

From the arthritis Foundation, Omega-6s are found in oils such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soy and vegetable and products made with those oils. Excess consumption of omega-6s can trigger the body to produce pro-inflammatory chemicals, and the American diet tends to be very high in omega-6s.

Good advice. Not eating seed oil poison. Stick to avocado, olive, or peanut oil.

Seed oils like safflower oil and sunflower oil raise your omega-6 which will increase your inflammation. You want to have oils that well raise your Omega-3. Olive oil, avocado oil and peanut oil. Guess which oil your chain restaurant is and is not using. Yeah they're using the cheap seed oils.
