I chew a lot (1-2 containers a month) of this gum and loved this one (particularly the mango flavor) but experienced a lot of sensitivity after chewing it often, especially in areas where I held it like dip. It took a few weeks of novamin toothpaste to reduce the sensitivity once it started.
If you're looking to use this gum to replace another bad habit (candy, dipping, snacking, etc) and care about your teeth / their sensitivity, I would be very cautious about choosing this gum. Even though it is sugar free, I think the acidity can damage your teeth more than you might expect from a sugar free gum. Just my two cents… it is very flavorful gum though.

Also love gum with Xylitol as the primary ingredient (helps kill the cavity causing bacteria).
Hate that they have food dyes which are banned or warned against in other countries.
Personally Blue > Red.
15% worked just fine for me on both
Personally Blue > Red.
Does the sour last

Personally Blue > Red.
I agree. I thought I would like the blue gum better (because I slightly prefer blue SPK over red), but the red flavor gum is better.
