Beware: the total dimensions are 66.5 inches most airlines only allow 62 inches for the total dimensions.
be careful 29 inches may be oversized
The size of checked luggage is very rarely checked, unless it is visually appears way over size. However, weight is another issue. That is checked all the time. If you travel economy it is very easy to pack enough into a 29 incher to be over the weight limit for most airlines. Packing less - loosely packed luggage gets injured more easily. Plus, you might as well get a mid-size one for easier handling.
Here's my take on 2 vs 4 wheels: for carry-on get a 4 wheeler for easy maneuverability in the narrow aisles of the plane. For checked luggage: two wheelers. Four wheels stick out into a vulnerable position. Luggage handlers just LOVE to toss and throw the luggage.

I wish the medium sized one was also on sale,
I'm visiting family for 2 weeks and need a bigger bag to take everything that I've bought back home.

In general, I love travel pro and have owned a max lite rollaboard for >10 years, with moderate usage (weekly travel for 6 years before the pandemic, less frequent now). It's durable, has great features (zip out water bottle holder is a favorite), etc.

I think this product is the cheaper, less feature rich version. The "carry on" is also on sale.

My biggest concern here is size. the "carry on" is a bit larger than the "standard" 22x14x9 limit so it wont fit in an airline size-check bin. Similarly, the checked bag is a larger than the max size allowed. You run a risk of paying either oversized bag fees or having to check your roll aboard.

Note: free shipping if total order size > $99

Love travelpro but this bag size is useless if it can't be checked in (exceeds size limitations as mentioned on a previous comment)

Rollaboard or Spinners? Yes the oversize thing worries me. Looking at another set from them https://travelpro.com/products/tr...ote-21-set but the carry on was 23.5 inches. Even the woot deal was 23 inches but probably can get by with that.

I was looking for the weight too. Where did you find? I recently bought a 30" Samsonite from Kohl's for ~$50. But it also weighs ~11lbs so I debated a log time about returning it, eventually decided to keep.
