"mecha membrane"... So sounds (and feels??) like mechanical, but still work like a cheap membrane keyboard. Great.
But at least it has a bunch of colored lights all so important to using a keyboard.

thanks for posting this OP Smilie

Just a heads up .. the first amazon review I saw had complaints about the keyboard not working under Windows 11 and eventually the purchaser gave up on using the keyboard completely. Did a search of the reviews using "Windows 11" as a search term and a few other people had the same issue.

On the other hand when you look at the fact that there are 2,156 amazon ratings with an average rating of four and a half stars I'm guessing (could be wrong) a lot of those ratings are from purchasers who are successfully using the keyboard on windows 11?

The letters on the keys eventually rub off.

I purchased this keyboard about a year ago, and while the functionality is still fine, the lettering on several keys has completely rubbed off. For a product that's supposed to last through regular use, this is unacceptable. Its frustrating and slows me down while typing.

Umm...if the letters/numbers themselves glow from the backlight, how exactly do they rub off?

Asking for a friend?

what don't you understand? the lights shows through the parts that's not covered by black paint. Once the paint starts to rub off, more lights shows through and one can't read the lettering anymore. It happens with my really old CoolerMaster keyboard on some of the most often used keys like ADSW.

Membrane keyboard 💩

Can get a solid mechanical keyboard for less than this, paying for the name here.

I've been using this since I posted this deal last time, and I can confirm it works for windows 11. The razer app also allows you to customize the lights

Corsair has a keyboard similar to this called the K55. It looks like a gaming keyboard but it's membrane. Its RGB lighting isn't as slick as the higher end keyboards, but it still looks pretty good, and the key caps themselves and membrane still is pretty solid for a mushy type of keyboard. The K55 is $45 MSRP. This Razor, because it has fewer keys (no memory/macro recorder and no extra keys on the left side) is priced correctly to be cheaper than the K55. If it was its original $69.99 that would've been a massive ripoff.
