You, your neighbor, and a 24-pack.
Bought this same deal last year. I have no complaints. Went together easy, solid enough for what I use it for. And so far, zero maintenance. Had a large tree branch break off and hit the roof. Shed just laughed it off, though it did dislodge a metal brace inside. Easy enough to bend back and put back in place. Would have likely crumpled a metal shed pretty good. Plywood roof might be 50/50 on sustaining any damage. The plastic resin held up well though, and shows no signs of the impact.

Id buy it again in a heartbeat if I needed a new one.
Wise to check, some require permit, fees, and inspection for any structure over 120 sq. ft , and this falls just under for me.

Careful with these as some jurisdictions may tax you on this as a separate structure.

ok question!!!!

im actually in the process of getting a 12x8x10 shed built. ive found a few folks on fb marketplace who offer the service to build a basic barn looking one that comes with a door and window. avg cost is around $2600.

why would someone choose one over the other? this one according to the pics looks a lil smaller for some reason. are these plastic ones water/ dirt/ bug proof? can you insulate these to regulate some internal temps if a fan or vent was added?

i also this is a one day deal.... so i guess i gotta figure this out quick to use my brothers costco account.

This isn't a one day deal. What is your intended use for the shed?

Not sure about this brand, but my Rubbermaid sheds are fantastic. No maintenance, and last longer than wood or metal sheds. But I live in coastal California, and salt air is probably the biggest concern.

If I was in Southern Arizona where I used to live, sun would definitely be an issue.

I assembled one of these for a client of mine and it's a pretty good shed if installed on solid level ground. For $1,000 it is worth it. It needs a good foundation like concrete slab
Took two days to build with myself and another installer. Although the shed is durable there are a few pieces that need to be handled with care.

If your HOA doesn't need a matching shed and allows this size, I suggest this.
They are fairly strong but lack the shelving and customization that comes with a custom shed.
I have setup a similar(sun cast resin) shed in my previous starter home and for the base I followed the manual and build a deck with 2x4s on top of concrete blocks. Deck is less tiresome than concrete slab and works better for slope.
