Thanks, ordered one - reviews look decent enough. Got a G923 for Christmas and was looking at building my own stand, I'm happy to spend $40 to avoid the hassle

Yeah, I was thinking about the same for a G923. I have a pair of G Fits earbuds that no longer connect via bluetooth so Logitech said I could get anything and they approved the wheel/pedals (refurbs). I assume you've looked into these a tad - are there benefits over using this instead of just mounting the wheels to the desk?

I don't care if i have to modify it .. .hooking up the racing sim stuff is such a chore that i barely get to use it even though i really love playing on it.

This is something i've genuinely been hoping to see someday

Oh btw for those of you who get a logitech wheel setup and experience clipping when the resistance goes up... you can use a power supply that will give more amperage to the wheel (use the same voltage of course) ... This will fix the clipping and make the wheel have quite a bit more "fight" to it (which on mine was genuinely needed to feeel realistic at all in sims like iracing)

I am not responsible for you burning up your wheel... that said, i've never had a problem with overheating even playing for hours stacked on hours. Just be aware that the extra current will create some heat.. Use common sense. (I didn't tell you to do it!)

Try double sided 3M tape.

This brings back some great memories when I first started getting into SIM racing. It served me well while I figured out if it was going to be something I would stay with. I now overspent for a lot more expensive rigs but I think a wheel stand such as this are a great start.

I don't have this exact one but one of similar design and it's honestly great. My son was gifted a steering system last year and I purchased a similar stand so it's easy to take out and put away instead of always having to set the wheel up on a flimsy table and all that. If you're on the fence, definitely consider the ease of use this will enable your current setup if it isn't already better than what this can provide. You won't regret it. For $40, this is a steal. Mine was ~$85.

Doesn't seem to work anymore

Edit: never mind you need to click the redeem button in the 79.99 price instead of entering the promo code when paying
