These are Ok as is, but if you microwave them for a few seconds they get a super soft center and are amazing. This goes for all of the Lindt truffles like these. It depends on your microwave, but for mine I do 10sec and then up or down 2secs till I find the perfect time where it's not melted and not still hard.
