Yeah. The NSIADs should not be taken regularly. Sounds risky.

I don't take these regularly (as in daily) but they are helpful for migraines as I'd rather not take the more powerful migraine medications. What are you seeing that causes you to state that they are not good for you? I appreciate your input. Thank you.

NSAIDs are not recommended for regular use, they are thought to be silent killers. Acetaminophen is slightly safer but still not recommended for regular use.
Plenty of lit online. But if I remember correctly, even the aspirin regimen recommendation was rescinded a few years ago.
