Just had Jollibee a few hours ago in Artesia, CA. Price confirmed though we ended up with the 6 pieces, 2 reg sides and 2 drinks for $20.

Publix fried chicken 8pc for $10 is my go to now. Jollibee is way too far for me anyway; 1.5hr drive with traffic.
