A masonry level is different.
It is usually solid box framed of alumunim or wood with a metal frame so mortar can not build up on the level and it is easy to clean.

For that matter, I've a number of levels, none of my go to levels have measurements on them.

$19 for a quality 4 ft level is a great price

Menards typically doesn't drop a lot in their clearance items. I hit the Menards link in the original post and found it listed normally for $20, marked down to $15. That's in Minnesota at least.

Even the Stabila 4 foot level which is $140 doesn't have measurements.

I bought this from Menards this summer at $20 clearance price and used it to screed sand for pavers and double-check grade. It is heavy and feels solid with large easy to see vials. Certainly not required for that project but the timing was right and it did the job. Could have also used a 2x4 run across the jointer, but my previous 4' level was no longer trustworthy so seemed like a good enough deal. The weight is a negative factor depending on the job, it could easily get tiresome.

This is for screeding and smoothing. You wouldn't use this for measuring.

Closet Menard's to me is 11.5 hours. Not sure if it's worth it.

At least I have a Micro Center 3.5 hours away.

I could use this in an upcoming patio project, but no Menards around. Are they like Walmart? I've seen so many amazing deals from that store.

MENARDS are absolutely awesome…if it wasn't for them, Home Depot and Lowe's would've walked all over us during inflation…they are well known for chiseling their suppliers as low as
Possible to then have the lowest prices for their customers….
