Got it for $65 the last time. It's decent for that price but it's absolutely not loud at all

Got one on sale last time. Solid for the price. Great for kids, in my opinion. Don't expect top tier sound quality.

An in between would be the w-king T11 can be usually had for $150-200

JBL blows Klipsch away in this segment. But, you're not going to find a JBL Partybox for anywhere near this price. So it comes down to what you prioritize.
  • Value? Klipsh wins. This is a lot of speaker for 80-odd bucks.

People who don't need volume but punchy mid-range quality, especially for electronics, highly recommend. When you place it horizontally, I found, it provides a sweet stereo sound. It's unusual to have a speaker with two 8inch sub on each side.

A friend of mine (not knowledgeable about these products) was looking into Bose s1 pro plus yesterday and suggested to check Costco for better pricing and we found the job on Costco website. I'm sure the Bose is better at $699 price point but I just wanted to check if you recommend one? The purpose would be plugging a mic and a guitar to it and sing a song in a large room setup. Thank you in advance.

The other day ( DFW, TX ) I stopped at a street Taco Truck.. The dude was streaming some Spanish music ( heavy bass ) on what looked like a JBL set up. ..As I observed closer, it was a knock off of the JBL named Dolphin. Sounded amazing and was loud!!

the partybox encore was 89 at one point for vets and 130 for regs.
