Last time I got tide from Amazon leaked about 12 oz.
That's where you contact them and they'll either refund you or send you a new set of 4.
When? I called them they said they wold refund but nothing. I made the call before Christmas and I already threw out the items per the agents instructions.

The problem is they haven't been sending replacements, they are only offering refunds. What good is a refund if you most likely can't replicate the same sale price a few days or weeks later? This has been my pet peeve with Amazon lately. My last 2 S&S orders have been "damaged" or "lost in transit". Their only solution was a refund. By the time I went to re-order the prices went up or the coupons weren't available.
