LEGO is ABS plastic fwiw, although the tolerances are tighter than most FDM printers can achieve. But I've printed adapters for LEGO.

I bought a clone MOC from Ali and it was missing a handful of pieces (mostly technic stuff) and I was able to print them on my Bambu P1S with a 0.2mm nozzle. I was shocked.

Look around for files but a few years ago I found Hot Wheels to LEGO adapters and they work well if printed carefully. It allowed me to run tracks through LEGO cityscapes, and to support loops and bends on LEGO. Obviously a great application of 3D printing.

There are also 3D printable mounts to attach a GoPro or cheap keychain cam and race it down a Hot Wheels track...

What I think he means is that the title of this deal incorrectly spelled bamboo as "Bambu", so anyone with a Bambu Labs 3D printer deal alert will likely get alerted by this deal. I am one of those lol.
