Great specs except soldered ram
Yes most definitely. The recent iterations of Integrated Intel graphics starting with Meteor Lake (which this laptop has) have greatly improved graphics performance. Its not going to play cyerpunk at 4K, but they are no longer paperweights, you can comfortably play most midrange titles at 1080P medium settings these days. I think most people still have the impression Intel is still trotting out the Intel Iris Xe iGPU which long outstayed its welcome until Intel finally released this refresh early 2024.

Is the integrated video acceptable? I assume you can't play AAA games at 3K res. But can it process 4k video that you'll see at 3k?

or if u want to output this to ur tv at 4k or 8k

Since a major selling point is OLED at 3k (since OLED screens with 1080p are not desirable), can I at least play games at 3K 60fps?

You can probably use Intel's upscaling technology to render at 1/2 or 1/3 of the 3k resolution and then upscale it to look like it's 3k, and you'll probably need frame generation too to reach that 60fps (if it's even possible). More likely than not you'll be hitting 40-45 fps in games using 40W-60W of power even with all the upscaling tech, and that much heat is not meant for this kind of laptop. For gaming on my vivobook (different 16 inch 3k with HX 370) I use UXTU to lock the TDP power to 17W and game at 30 fps when I'm on the go as well as when I'm plugged in (HX 370 can go much higher than this but I lock it for consistent fps). It gets pretty hot if I don't lock the TDP and play games.

Better screen. Bigger screen. Blazing fast memory. Thunderbolt ports. Slower 32 GB RAM with integrated graphics is irrelevant if you ask me. This is the better computer.

Bit on this. Was looking for dedicated graphics with this exact setup for around this price but this should hold up for productivity

just you. they pumped money into the screen specs.. OLED 120hz, and processor Ultra 9 185h. If this had 32GB then $799 would be instantly sold out
