PSA: Samsung Trade-in for your purchase Galaxy Watch 7 (if it is more then 21 days they receive the your trade ask them to mark mannually)

Dear Sders,
Many of us have bought Galaxy watch 7 for $2.70 & up with
Samsung's generous trade-in offer. Due to overwhelming orders most of us are waiting to process our Trade-in.
following deals:I ordered 3 watches with some watch 5 and watch 6 trade-inn and my Trade-in was delivered on Dec 12/Dec 13.
According to Samsung's policy, if the delivery of the TradeIn product passes their deadline, they have to fulfill it manually and we don't have to wait for that processed by their third-party company's reply.
Here is what I did.
To start a chat: log in to our account, select contact us, and start chat option at the right-hand corner or at the bottom option.

- Started chat with the CSR with the option Order support
- Select Trade-In Option
- Connected with the CSR.
- When CSR is not ready to mark it manually then ask for the Supervisor and tell them "It has been more the 21 Business Days passed and you guys did not process the trade-in then please fulfill manually." They will be ready to do it.
