Same on Amazon
Worth waiting if you don't have an immediate need.
It's a historical leftover. historically yes they are better. Now it is more perceived/branding. I think it was due to one of the natural disasters of the early 00s.
now they are largely equal across countries but brand and other factors matters more.
There are lots of good PSU tier lists that look at failure rates and other expensive testing methods to determine overall quality.

Do you recommend this one or some other one? I'm buying 5090 thanks!
Exactly.... Even if the tariffs don't happen, the damage has been done. No one is going to trust the US anymore and it'll take a whole generation to fix this stupid mess because everyone in the US "feels poor" and voted for him to fix it... when in reality, we actually have been recovering pretty well until this stupid tariff thing happened...
It's bad but in the long run, it'll be for the better. Tariffs are terrible but it forces businesses to build and boost production here, rather than overseas. Tariffs are always bad at first and the initial impact is negative but it's supposed to help in the future.

For example: ATX 3.0 (12VHPWR) + RTX 50 series will benefit from 12V-2x6 connection.
But that being said manufacturers can change the design of the new power cable making it "safer". Some do this and call the updated cable a 12V-2x6 cable. It's a confusing mess at the moment.
