This is surprisingly easy to make, and easier to enhance. I made some cajun hot honey for fried chicken and biscuits. Thinking Calabriain pepper infused to slather on deep dish.

Really disappointed in this brand. Had "homemade hot honey" at a restaurant and loved it so much I decided to buy a bottle next time I saw one in a store. It was this brand and it literally just tastes like honey...

Agree! I got some for the first time recently and didn't think it was hot at all…maybe their spicier version is better?

This one is more savory than regular honey, but it isn't spicy and I like it personally. They make an extra hot version that is actually spicy.
