2 pills per dose fyi. 125 mg of ibuprofen is nothing, so dose is actually 500mg Tylenol and 250 of ibuprofen.

They work in different ways, so it's safe to take together.

I got it for $2.84 with S&S

Effective dosing for an adult would be 4 tablets every 8 hours. So about 30 doses.

When you take two meds together it's not simply the max dose of each med.
they work in synergy and amplify each other.

I find one of these works better than a full dose of either by itself. That is my experience at least when it comes to my back pain and or headaches.
I usually don't need a full dose (2 pills) of these.
