I had the 405M (model before this) and it could play up to (some) PS2 games. This is suppose to be able to play a fair amount of PS2/Gamecube and I believe will do some Wii as well. Not quite as powerful as the Retroid Pocket 5 though, so if you want a one stop shop handheld for those systems, and are ok with a 16:9 screen, I would go with that instead (but it is about $100 more than this sale price). This should be a great 4:3 option though, especially with the issues the retroid 4:3 mini has had.

Most 3DS, Gamecube and Wii and many PS2 games decently. However, unlike the spreadsheet, I wouldn't classify PS2 emulation as great, just as good.
