I bought this the last time it went on sale for $500. Overall, great machine, no major complaints given the price. I mostly use this to surf the web and watch videos. This can handle 4K video well, no stutter at all. The screen is very nice. The speakers are good too, loud enough and clear. I like that this uses USB-C charging. Comes with a bonus carrying bag as well.
Few things that people may not like: 1) the case/body is made of recycled material, so it does feel like cheap plastic. 2) wake from sleep takes an extra 5-10 seconds sometimes, because it seems to load the bios screen instead of going straight to log in page. This happens about 20% of the time. 3) the fan noise is audible when program starts such as when I start Outlook or Chrome, but the fan only spins high for about 10-20 seconds or so. The rest of the time it is not audible.
Given the price, I like this a lot. There are a few other $500 or under laptop deals earlier, but I went with this because I like the bigger screen.
