In the prior posted deal, I got 1 black, 1 white, 1 blue, and 1 pink, for $47.96 ($11.99 each) + tax. I will probably give away the pink and blue ones as gifts to a couple, and keep the black and white ones.
Also got $3 worth of digital credit for electing slow Amazon Day delivery.
Great deal overall.

Downside to that is the BOGO for that makes it a moving target. I've tried posting two deals only for them to expire or change very quickly after.
I did get one of them, so I can confirm they do get into the $12-$16 range with the right benefit item. Works as well as the Zolo.
The current deal is a free Picogo with their $53 30k 65W giant brick.

Ohhh thanks. I wanted one for myself and a couple extra for gifts!
Wish this was 45w to charge a laptop but also be pocket size. This looks like a huge brick.
That said, it doesn't seem to provide PD (power delivery). PD is nowhere mentioned in the description, yet Rufus believes it has this feature (it may have for its own charging, but not for what it provides even though it does charge fast). I vaguely remember that a few days ago there was another brand offering PD for $3 more.
For most people, this is great. The few people who need PD for their uses will need to look elsewhere. For a few dollars more (and while you're at it, get that spaghetti western movie box too).

100 bux will get u that from Anker … laptop power bank…
I even suggested Picogo in the very first reply. People want everything for $12, even when there's an option regularly $16 - and I outlined how to watch and get it for that.

This charger has a maximum 30W output, supports 9/12/15/20V output, and according to Anker's specs [anker.com], also supports PPS, which became optional under the PD 3.0 spec, and allows for variable voltage.
PD was one of the foundational features of Type-C, which includes support for power output >15W, at higher voltages than the legacy 5V before the standard was modernized with the PD spec. It's a standard feature that many Type-C devices take advantage of, and not a luxury in any sense.
I'm genuinely curious about what rationale supports the notion that this thing doesn't support PD. Because the ad copy doesn't mention it?
In multiple technical respects, this is by definition a product that supports PD.
Baseus is well known in the community. They generally are considered the successor to Aukey, though perhaps only in spirit - there are a lot of similarities.
Baseus is like Anker before Anker went mainstream. They generally push the envelope with higher wattages.
Any portable power pack has risks and even Anker has had fires. Baseus is one I'm less concerned with, but I wouldn't leave any non-LFP pack alone in my home unattended. Doesn't matter if it's Anker or Baseus or no-name.
One benefit to these higher wattage chargers is the generally have solid thermal monitoring chips now. CCP companies remember the dog food scandals, and they don't want the wrath of Xi. Hence hotter doesn't mean more hazard, necessarily.
All these companies source from the same factories and the batteries are all rebins that test as safe, but don't meet the demanding specs for EVs. That explains the capacity variance.

I wouldn't say it's "huge." It is easily pocketable.
