If anyone ordered these expecting 15, only 1 pack arrived for me. Amazon just processed the refund.

Mine is to be delivered in a couple of hours.
I was hoping for 15 bags. Now I have to return it? What a waste of time from amzon..

Edit: refunded for the purchase and keep the bag.
