I was thinking the same thing. I haven't really bought TP in a long time since I stocked up but this comes out to $0.388 even including the GC. This looks very very bad.
Starting on March 30th, another way to add to savings is apply for the $15 rebate on purchases over $50 via P&G:

Ugh, the damn redirects force you away from the right page. It is:

pggoodeverydaycom/rebates/?rebate_name=madetosave

Thanks for the date catch dudemansir!

Slowly building up my dwindling pandemic supply by jumping on any TP deal that seems to make sense. Thanks, OP, for the post.

Based on recent deals, Costco and Sam's Club prices, this seems like a good deal. Nothing compared to pre-pandemic, but for the current state of the TP market.

Edit…this was an Amazon deal I commented on. What's happening here. Seems pretty similar but something is fishy. Unless I am losing it

Yeah I was just there and it was like $30.99 for a 30 pack, but they aren't the mega rolls. Are they really THAT different?

Am I looking at this wrong? at Target all I see is the the Mega XXL of the Ultra Soft on sale for $26.49 which would equal the numbers i'm seeing on this post. I have no idea how the XXLs legit stack up against the regular rolls. Hurts my brain to try and make sense of this

I had this long post written, but the variety of red-label MEGA / XL / XXL at Target make the math more difficult. Suffice it to say, Target has a better cost/square, over Amazon, when you look at the MEGA XXL variety, like under $0.0052 a square. However, Costco's cost / square is only: $0.00515 -- and this is Costco's normal price. The price / square gets better when Costco runs their quarterly TP deal.

And... Costco's square size is larger than anything offered by Amazon / Target. I cancelled my Amazon order and will order from costco.com.

Yes. The size of the ones sold on Amazon are different than ones sold at Costco.

Amazon size per sheet is: 3.92in by 4in.

Costco size per sheet is: 4.2in by 4.5in.

One roll on Amazon is 26.3sqft versus Costco which is 27.8sqft. Costco is a better deal, especially when they have a sale.

Get a bidet and you can buy single ply since you're just using it to dry the chocolate starfish

Damn in 2023 I could get 18 Super Mega for 25, not sure the roll count makes up the mega to super mega size difference
