I just bought the POE version of this switch. The managed interface is OK, pretty much what you'd expect from a switch of this caliber.
They have a wonky detector to find it on your network and log in. Its much easier to just assign it an IP on your router then just use that to log in.

Would the poe version be able to manage 3 G6 turrets?

G6 meaning the Ubiquiti camera?
I dont know. I thought Ubiquiti stuff always needed their own controller to manage them...but I've never dealt with their cameras, just APs.

As far as power, Netgear has multiple power choices; 60, 120, and 180? W. So I'm sure the right one can power 3 cameras. But given the price it's probably cheaper to get a poe injector for each.

The GS308EP can supply up to 30 watts per port and 62 watts total.

Not sure this supports port mirroring? I think maybe the ProSafe versions do?

The Netgear data sheet says it'll do mirroring, 1-to-1 or up to 7 many to one

I am new to this my question is if I need at least 2 GB support on each port will this be sufficient?

If this is your first network switch, 1GB is likely sufficient, unless you're planning to do large file transfers from/to devices across your network, or large internet downloads where speed is critical? 1GB is generally sufficient for a typical home network, streaming, etc. Some may offer that if you are just starting out, that you may want go go with 2.5GB-10GB to "future proof", but the prices for related switch hardware are generally several times higher, and without a specific need for those speeds, not necessarily needed IMO.. Even things like hard wired security cameras usually have more than enough headroom with 1GB networking equipment. If you're just getting your feet wet with networking, even if this switch ends up being too slow in the long run, it's only $25 and will likely find a home even as a secondary device in a sophisticated high-speed network.
