Yeah, it's suspicious. Why would someone be able to sell a $250 battery for less than half price and still make a profit? Seller also has very little reputation and based in a post office address.

Better to just buy on eBay if you are ok with unauthorized sellers.

Could be knockoffs or could be old stock. Even if genuine, you don't want batteries that have been sitting around for a long time.
