This game has become a masterpiece. The developers have put a lot of heart into the project despite its failed launch. They are still releasing major and minor updates to it and it is a completely different game than when it first came out. I highly recommend it. After 500+ hours, I am still finding things to enjoy. Also, all of the new content has been FREE!

Just anecdotal but that's the cheapest PC price I've seen by quite a bit. I guess I better finally bite.

I completely agree. The developers created an environment you can get lost in. I've easily spent hours exploring and enjoying the RNG experiences.

Seconding this comment. Picked this up after I heard it got better after the worst launch since FF14. Much like FF14, it redeemed itself. Thriving community, great fun, massive time sink of fun in pretty much anything you want to try.

One comment on Switch version - does hitch a bit, but tolerable. Also, you do not get multiplayer, which removes all the community fun, however you can still interact with things that people make and put down, so there's workarounds.

Is this something I can play for 30 mins to an hour max and it still be fun? Or does this take a bit of time out of your day to enjoy properly?

Yes, once you get going. If you start out being confused by the UI it could take time, but it's worth the learning curve.
If you're on a mac you definitely need the higher end models from the last few years (graphics won't really be ok like on PC otherwise). M2 silicon graphics were disappointing.

Thanks I'm on PC, so I should be good. Appreciate the reply.
