I have one of these at home, as well as like 6 sensors, works great and it had alerted us of moisture getting into our bump out.

I also have outdoor and indoor smart plugs, they work great!

Or 5 bucks more ($54.99) if you'd like the sensors to also have an audio alarm https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CCT7TH98. Sensors in OP's deal do not have speakers.

Is there something that works in reverse? Something to alert you if the toilet flapper doesn't seal to prevent running toilets.

FWIW, I bought a set of these from a deal in the Fall. They look like a great product -- multiple leak contacts on each sensor. Took them to my vacation condo after New Years and some sensors randomly report as disconnected. Reset the sensors and hub multiple times. I would return them, but I'm past the 30 days.
They seem to work fine in my full-time house so not sure if the internet connection in the condo is wonky (it's a cellular router) or there is some interference in the development so just carefully check your system within the return period..

For that I've used water flow measurement devices, of which I have two, Phyn and Flume. Flume also integrates with YoLink bulldog values. Here's some details if you care:
My Phyn is inline (requires plumbing changes) and uses an ultrasonic measurement device to sense very low flows, can measure pressure and temp, and also a ball valve that shuts off every night and measure pressure drop or shuts off if there is a leak detected. It can even detect a pinhole leak or a flapper open that is very slow because of the shutoff and measurement period (e.g., 60psi will drop fast when the ball valve is shut and there is a tiny leak). It can also detect a very low flow like 0.1gpm for extended times and alert you.
Another one is Flume which attaches to your water meter outside, and doesn't require a plumber which is nice! It only does volume of water read from the meter (it couples to it) and isn't as sensitive, but over time would notice that gallons of water are slowly leaking and alert you.
Flume actually has an integration with YoLink, as I also use their water shutoff bulldog motor (yes I have ALL of these, I don't mess around with water!). You just set up in Flume a link to YoLink, and if it detects a leak it'll shutoff the valve! I have the bulldog one that just clamps on to my existing valve, but they also have inline options for a ton of different sizes (3/4", 1", etc) but those take a plumber or a DIY handy person.
HTH avoid bills, mold, etc!

A few years (2+)... I have a ton of devices and really only my door sensors on doors that open/close dozens of times a day needed a change so far. Those required a change after 1-1.5 years I think even with that heavy usage.

These things work amazingly well. I have mine paired with a YoLink water shut off valve and it works really well. Gives me a great peace of mind

I thought the same - I wonder if they frown when water is detected? ;-)

Yeah I'm not quite sure what good a silent water leak sensor is, but I'm sure I'll find out in the replies to my post :-)

Understood - I have Govees with speakers, so that I get both audio and phone alerts.

Yolink has a hub with a speaker that all sensors connects to. The speaker hub announces if there is a leak, as well as the phone app and sms texts.

https://www.amazon.com/YoLink-Spe...B09FSS95G9

But the greatest benefit to the Yolink sensor system is if you install a Yolink shutoff valve in your main water line that automatically shuts water off to the house when a leak is detected. Great for if you're out of town, out shopping etc. and your speaker sensors or hub are announcing a leak but no one's around to shut off the water. Prevents coming home to find your house floating away..... Works with or without internet.
