In my experience no, but the pencil pro is $99 on amazon right now, as new. And Best Buy will price match that. $20 more, but also new. Just a thought.

I didn't know this. I googled it to confirm, and while it's not as useful as say AirTags, you're totally right! Thanks for the tip! I wonder if it remains tied to the previous owner once and if we attach it to our iPads?

The Pencil pro does not work with the newly released iPad A16. The USB C pencil doesn't have pressure sensitivity features and it can't wirelessly charge. They made these new Gen pencils more confusing and stripped old features.

I got them to price match woot yesterday... New item. First rep would not... Second rep understood the assignment. Woot, an Amazon company. Fulfillment by amazon.
