Will they treat a tax payment at pay1040 as a cash advance? Most credit card vendors treat it as a purchase.

I opened the card in 2021, but not sure when the bonus came in.
For the Chase card, I just want to be sure I can downgrade and keep my points and still use them on the travel portal for an extra bonus at times.

Maybe call and ask, I signed up with prior thread link and got auto approved, called for cards to be rushed and been spending on it np, also show the tracker for the 5k spending
