I have purchased it a few weeks ago. In general, I like it given the price I paid.
It was a big surprise for me to discover I had even less than 8GB system RAM: I had only ~6GB. After some checking, looks like the integrated GPU MUST use system RAM. And I didn't find a way to assign less memory to GPU (I did try a few things like Bios settings and so on)...
I didn't try running heavy tasks yet so I do not know how much running out of 6GB RAM will affect the performance.
IGPU always shares system memory. It's not a dGPU with vram...

Correct. My point is that some users may not realize that the actual available system RAM is even less than 8GB because of that VRAM usage.
At the same time, the laptop does work fine for me (again, I didn't test it while running momory-hungry apps). So personally I don't regret buying it given the price tag.

Ugg... Got pretty excited until I found out about the RAM. The onboard 760m is a pretty decent iGPU too. Back to waiting for the Dell 14 2-in-1 to go back on sale. Want a small light gaming PC anyway.

I bought one of the Dells open box the other week. I think it was like $270? Plus I had a $100 BB GC from some TV purchases.

Anyway, that thing punches well above its weight for the price. I put 32GB RAM in it and have been extremely satisfied. I will concede that I don't do much gaming beyond retro emulation though. But I have run PS2 games without issue.

I have a different Lenovo with a 3050 6GB and a 760m. I often turn off the 3050 GB (in BIOS, no mux switch) and it's a decent experience in 10 year old games. There's nothing on the used market that approaches it for $270. People are crazy and want $400 for clapped out GTX 1050 laptops.

I wouldn't really consider a almost 5 lb .75 inch thick laptop a "thin and light" where you should just assume it is soldered. My Lenovo Legion Pro 5 gaming laptop isn't much heavier or thicker and has a dedicated GPU, nevermind the ram being repalceable.
While I appreciate attempt to compare apples to oranges, you can't. Hard to explain, unless you want to listen. A 2 in 1, is going show "thicker", but it's because of that utility. If you compare such with something that isn't... it's just not the same. I give in. They are "the same"!!!

I didn't say they were the same. You said this was a small and light. No it isn't. There are plenty of convertible small and lights that weigh well under 4 lbs. This is not under any definition except "Dude wanted to be a smartass on the forums about LPDDR" a small and light.

Ugh.... I think you have zero idea about what makes a 2 in 1 similar to that vs your off the wall idea.
