Probably find that type of adapter cheap on eBay. Don't know you'd find a reputable card/seller for this price with usb-c

Not quite as fast (claims 160MB/s versus Samsung's 180MB/s, but same ballpark)

I have some of these cards and readers. They are massively fast. That card reader is by far, the best I've ever come across, and with this deal, costs almost nothing.

Can't see why not if you have the port

If you don't mind that it's slow compared to internal storage (hundred of MB/s vs thousands of MB/s), then yes. With MacBook Pro you can even get an adapter like these to not stick out (this adapter is model-specific)

Darn, I don't think I've ever seen an express version of a card....

Looks to be twice the price of standard microsd cards, although it seems the up charge is warranted…wowzers, look at those read/write speeds!

Um, I've been using a "regular" MicroSD card in my first gen Switch, and it has been working just fine.

Edit. Must've been too early in the morning. I didn't realize I missed the "2". 😁

He's referring to the newly announced Switch 2, which will use microsd express. Technically, regular microsd can be used on the Switch 2 for screen capture viewing only.
