Looks like they expire 2 years after accrual. I stayed at a hotel of theirs in March 2024, and my account says they expire in March 2026. I guess that's pretty generous since most places would probably expire them after a year of inactivity.
I must say, I have enjoyed all my stays at their properties though. The few times I've stayed, they've always had a delicious complementary breakfast, and the rooms have even been what they deem a "studio suite" (basically extra large seating area and in room kitchen".

I don't think the specific points expire at two years. If memory serves, the entire balance expires if your account balance doesn't change for two whole years. So earning even one extra point should reset the clock. https://www.nerdwallet.
