you know what, I appreciate that it doesn't have 30+ PH2 bits to artificially inflate the count. This would be a great kit for a kid or first time homeowner that never had to work on a house before.

I think so, yes. See my above comment about loading it up with extra bits, which it appears the SKIL set has done.

Although, the quality of that SKIL set is probably low enough that you need the extra bits. Bosch is a more quality-oriented brand.
