One study that was poorly done.
I can buy "Stevia", that has one ingredient... stevia.
Or, I can buy "Stevia" that has two ingredients.... erythritol and stevia... with the erythritol being listed first, meaning it's at least 50% of the product (or possibly 99% of the product)
Clear choice for me... but some people are willing to sacrifice their health to save $1 and will buy the second choice.

When i googled it months ago, I recall it was a few studies. But I agree with your theory. I should have at least duckduckgo...ed it instead. Studies are whacked and crooked.
