Funny, I was thinking about buying multiple bags then sifting out all the wood mulch, re-filling bags with the wood then returning the wood filled bags but too much work.

The ones I bought last year exceeded my expectations. They were more like potting mix than garden soil, and my crops grew really well in them. I may regret holding out for a $2 deal, I'm so tempted to just bite the bullet and get more now.

I've been snagging this brand on sales the last few years in the PNW and it's been really good quality, this year was no exception. Very pleased with this soil. I keep around 20 bags on hand for various things through the year.

I've had plastic wraps, rocks, and trash from the 0.75cf miracle grow but not for these ones.

Agreed, it's not soil, all mulch and very smelly when open the bag, we have to mix it with cow manure and compost soil at 1:1 to use.

I got 10 bags of the miracle grow deal from home depot 3 days ago and got mostly mulch chip. A couple of bags were good soil.
