Does anyone know if this year's K series TVs have confirmed improved off angle viewing? I thought they were supposed to, but then I looked at the Rtings comparison of the QMK6 and QM7 and the QM7 was actually rated higher on this aspect.

The new tcl qm6k and 7k use the hva panels so off angle is better. I haven't seen it in person but doubt it's ips or oled viewing angles. Probably a few degrees better. But rtings nitpicks a lot on them and the viewing angles on most va panels aren't as bad as they make out when looking at mid to high end TVs. Some low end va panels aren't terrible and the colors go crazy a few degrees off center.

I have the QM7 it has a beautiful picture and I do not see anything wrong with the viewing angles.
