Edit: To be honest, I own multiple hiking shoes and I don't necessarily go hiking in all of them. I just like the extra support, grip, and durability you'd find in these type of hiking/trail shoes. I pretty much live in Adidas Free Hiker 2 Ultraboosts all winter long and I'm wearing Asics gel venture 8s right now as I'm doing a few things around the house. That being said, these would be probably be better for those applications, as opposed to backpacking through the woods. Otherwise, these are set at a nice discount, thanks OP.

Yeah this feels more like a 'test the waters' in the hiking arena for On Cloud.
I don't know what these shoes are, but they don't look good to me and I can't envision wearing them while I'm doing an actual hike in the MN woods. The reviews don't seem to help.
