Fantastic mouse, easily worth $70

master 3 > master 3s imo. they are identical, one just has regular clicky switches and the other has the quiet clicks.

the switches for the quiet clicks are sketchy at best. it's getting harder and harder to find the regular master 3 at all, let alone on sale. in for one for a backup. thanks!

Absolutely, now the 3s? Downgrade IMO, yes the quieter switches are very nice for an office setting but the reduced functionality of the thumb button combined with the lack of onboard memory makes it much worse for use with locked down work computers. The MX Master 3 is the way to go.

wait. which is the downgrade and which is the better mouse? 3 advanced, or 3s?

all i can findn on the internet is that the only difference is the 3s has the bolt dongle, 3 advanced has the old dongle(which is weird because the picture shows a bolt), and the 3s has quiter clicks and a higher dpi sensor.

I don't see anything about onboard memory.

I don't think the 3 advanced comes in white, but the newer 3S version comes in a pale grey which is a very light grey.
