normally during the gray period of no deals they have like some pretty good deal as well like last month beginning of April they had this Beef Roast $8 off but we only happen to stump upon because we were at Costco that day and couldn't find it anywhere else advertising this deal. Do any of you know where the deals can be found during the "gray period"? Couple months ago was $$$ off for Pork Belly, etc. Just cant seem to find it at all. Thank you in advanced for your time.

The unannounced meat department deals happen once a month at mine. It's always a 3-day weekend sale that starts on a Friday. The most recent one started last Friday for Organic Chicken Breast ($5 off) and ended on Sunday.
Other unadvertised deals appear on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Slice soda, multi-grain Cheerios, Belgian waffles, and Nongshim Tonkotsu ramen are just some of the new unadvertised deals I saw added today. It's part of the treasure hunt experience Costco does besides rotating in new items.

I think is safe to assume that the meat department unannounced deals occurs in the first weekend of each month. That beef roast was the first weekend of May as well, that was such a great deal!
There are no way to find out these type of deals other than stopping at our local Costco?

You can find them in the Costco app. Simply tap the Warehouse icon located at the bottom of the navigation bar. Then, open the Warehouse Savings Box, and it will display all the currently available sale items at your warehouse. You can sort them by category to make browsing more easier. Just need to check back weekly on the days I mentioned to see if any unadvertised items show up. The only exception I have found are deals in the meat department. Sometimes the incorrect SKU is listed, so an unadvertised deal might be live in the warehouse but not appear on the app. The organic chicken breast offer did not show up in the app for my warehouse, for example.
Thanks for posting, lots of nice things I was looking for go on sale this week.
There are always people who come here solely to come to the Costco Sale and trash it.
While Costco is still keeping prices low, with inflation and tariffs looming, prices in all other places have jumped significantly.
Been waiting for the Hot buy of Apple MacBook Pro 14" M4.

Most definitely. A lot of their products come from Canada and Mexico.
