I can't speak to this specific power bank but I have a different power bank from Baseus that works well.

It can, but it will wear out very quickly in that use case. Especially as a pouch with a second tier BMS.
Not sure if you're kidding, but that's what LFP is for.

The digital readout is one of the most advanced in any battery bank I have ever owned or used. As it gives you an estimate of how long in time before it expects to run out at the current draw being taken from it. As well as a timed estimate of when it'll finish charging.
Be mindful of using the power button (2x press) to engage the low power mode for low power electronics, or else it thinks your device is charged enough and turns off.

This is why if you plug a modern Pixel phone in, it instantly jumps to like 3-4% even after being "dead" - because they're already padding 1-3% of the pouch's zero.
The problem with power banks is... they often don't have this padding.
It's not so much a fire risk, as a longevity risk. Battery bloat is a fire hazard, but it's even more an issue of loss of capacity.
Cylindrical cells maintain much more even pressure, which reduces capacity loss (though wear and abuse will still cause it - that's inevitable - just at a lower rate).

I have several other things from the company never had an issue.
Several years ago when the brand first came out I bought several large banks from them one each for my adult children. They are all still going strong.
