The Walmart price on a case of Coke is like $13.xx
Dollar general is 8.75 for a coke 12 pack, which would be 17.50 for the similar case. $8 sounds much slicker.
They talked about this in their earnings calls. They jacked up the price and demand didn't go down. So, they kept jacking up the price and profiting from it. Now, there's no incentive to bring the prices back down to a reasonable level.

Of course just like this deal, you wait for a sale. I just got 5 12 packs of Pepsi and MTN Dew for $20 (buy 2, get 3) today at Giant Eagle.
Wait for a sale, use app coupons and go on Saturday when you can do $5 off $25.
Time machine is broken, can only work with current deals.
Btw, your giant eagle deal doesn't seem to exist? I'm only seeing buy 4 save $3 (12 packs). At $10 ea, it would be $37 for 2 cases, or 18.50 for 1. Again, worse deal.
